Daniel
5:17-33
Belshazzar was confused as a giant hand appeared ruining his party. He
had forgotten that he was after all a man accountable to God like all of us. He
had to give account for whatever fortune, whatever fame, whatever influence,
whatever power he had. To his surprise God has interrupted his grand party to
deliver a simple message: you have been found lacking. Maybe we are not kings
or queens, maybe we don’t run a country, but we are without a doubt equally
accountable as he was for everything that God has ever placed in our hands.
Like Belshazzar, we will all have to respond for how we invested the talents
that God has given us. The God most high sits on the throne and we are
accountable.
What is your unique secret talent?

been your reaction if you were Belshazzar?
